After 11 years the solitary confinement was lifted in May 2007 and the restrictions during the visits habe been eased, too. On the one hand no more plexi deviders but on the other they maintained the observation during the visits and the mail is still being censured by a legal practitioner of the prison.

In November 2007 I served three thirds of my sentence (in Germany prisoners may be released after having served 2/3 of their sentence) and currently a court is investigating whether I can be released or not but actually there it is very little chance that the justice will approve my early release because I was imposed a preventive detention which is starting in 2013.
